Lets for Life

In the UK, there is a growing trend for people with learning / physical disabilities to live in a home of their own, rather than in a care home. The reality is that everyone has a right to their own home, which results in better care for less cost.

Lets for Life is a not for profit rental management company that specialises in finding and providing this housing. We lease privately owned properties from landlords and investors, find a suitable tenant, move the tenant in and manage the arrangement for the lifetime of the tenancy, with no management costs to the landlord.

We listen and work closely with individuals, families, friends, support providers and local authorities to make sure that we understand our tenant’s needs, passions, hobbies and all the other finer details that can really make a difference.

Although Lets for Life is a new venture, we have 5 years of experience in this field through our founding charity, The Cameron Trust.
