Specialist general insurance provider Assurant Intermediary has created a client relationship team to improve service levels for brokers.
The team of seven is headed by Claire Peters, and its aim is to increase the sales and training support available to brokers working with Assurant Intermediary.
One of its tasks is to deliver webinar training sessions.
