Bridging association beefs up its executive

Savills Private Finance and First4Bridging have joined the Association of Bridging Professionals’ executive committee.
 
The existing members of the committee decided that it was time to expand their panel as a result of the significant surge in membership that the Association has experienced.

Over the last three months, the AOBP has received over 200 applications from prospective associates, as well as a number of requests from affiliates and master brokers wishing to join the executives.

After much deliberation, a unanimous vote by the committee confirmed that the two new members of the panel would be SPF and First4Bridging. Both will have the opportunity to play a key role in the future activities of the Association. 

AOBP members are currently in communication with financial authorities about increasing transparency and understanding within the sector and to raise standards.

They are also in the process of creating innovative official documentation, which will be used to educate and inform the public and brokers about the short-term finance industry.
