Montello underlines that it's about short term bridging

London based bridging financier Montello Private Finance have rebranded as Montello Bridging Finance (‘Montello’).
 
Montello say the new name reflects the fact that they are pure bridging finance, short-term principal lenders.

The rebranding also coincides with the launch of a new web presence.

Christian Faes, managing director, said: “With the successful launch of our Montello Income Fund at the start of last year, the business has evolved, and we now have our own capital to lend.

“The change in name also confirms our commitment to the ‘short-term’ market.

“As other lenders move towards becoming ‘medium-term’ lenders, we are committed to serving the needs of bridging finance borrowers.”
