Specialist general insurance provider Assurant Intermediary has announced that its free weekly training webinars launched earlier this year will restart next week.
The webinars, which run from 11am until around noon every Friday, will cover subjects including buildings and contents insurance and Assurant Intermediary’s online quote and buy system, from Friday, September 9, through to Friday, December 30.
The live interactive sessions are designed to help intermediaries increase their knowledge and confidence in selling general insurance products.
Gary Little, head of key accounts at Assurant Intermediary, said: “We’ve received extremely positive feedback about these sessions. Brokers have jumped at the chance to get free, valuable training from the convenience of their own desk.
“These sessions are all about helping intermediaries improve their professional skills and provide even better service to their clients. In the end, that means increased revenue opportunity.”
To register interest in participating in any one of the sessions, brokers only need to email salessupport@assurant.com with their contact details and the team will send them full joining instructions.
