Coventry Intermediaries has announced a string of new low-fee residential and offset mortgages, including a two-year fixed rate from 2.09% at 65% LTV.
Highlights include:
Fixed Rate charging 2.09% until 31 December 2015 to 65% LTV. £199 booking fee, no arrangement fee and early repayment charges (ERCs) payable to 31 December 2015.
Fixed Rate charging 2.99% until 31 December 2018 to 65% LTV. £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee and ERCs payable to 31 December 2018.
Flexx for Term charging a variable rate of 2.09% to 65% LTV. £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee with no ERCs.
Variable Rate Offset Flexx for Term charging 2.29% to 65% LTV. £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee and no ERCs.
