A new set of products across Foundation Home Loan’s buy-to-let range are available for both non-portfolio and portfolio landlords.
The products complement the existing products across its Standard, Specialist, HMO and First Time Landlord ranges, with a new arrangement fee of £1,995.
Jeff Knight, marketing director at Foundation Home Loans, said: “These new products, combined with our existing suits, will provide a much broader choice to intermediaries and their landlord clients.”
These products are available to individuals and limited companies.
