Vida Homeloans relaunches range of BTL residential products

A broad array of buy-of-let and residential products have been relaunched to the market by specialist lender Vida.

Do I qualify?

The buy-to-let range is available for loans from £100,000 all the way up to a maximum of £1,000,000.

The loans are made available for landlords, individual purchasers, or through SPV, first-time buyers and Expats.

The type of properties that can benefit from this range consists of individual units which include flats, flats above commercial units, Ex LA, HMOs, and MUBs.

Loans will have a maximum loan to value (LTV) of 80% for individual units, HMOs, and MUBs, as well as 75% LTV for Expats.

Why do I need this?

Another great thing is that the rates range from 5.9% to 6.24% and there are no early repayment charges during the first two years of the variable term.

The residential range is available for loans from £75,000 up to a maximum of £2,00,000, with products available to all customers, including purchasers, re-mortgagers, first-time buyers, debt consolidation, and capital raising, as well as the full range of properties.

Initial rates range from 5.49% up to 6.34%, with 75% to 85% LTV for first-time buyers, purchase, re-mortgage and available across all adverse tiers.

Lastly, loan terms range from five years up to 40 years across both buy-to-let and residential ranges.
