The key factors that were analysed in the research include crime rate, average house prices, energy prices, weekly earnings, and life expectancy.

In first place for the best area to buy a forever home in the UK is Wokingham. This location scored 8.39, has a low crime rate, and is just 40 miles from London. The average house price in Wokingham is £490,206, and prices fluctuate by approximately 5.52%. Those who live in the area are estimated to earn around £730.10 per week.

In second place is Mole Valley. It is located in Surrey with a forever home score of 7.98 and an average house price of £573,894. Those living in the district typically earn £764.20 a week, and life expectancy for this area is 83.86.

The study also highlighted that the area with the highest life expectancy rate is Hart with an average expectancy of 84.55. The area in the UK with the highest gross weekly earnings is Copeland with an average of £943.3 a week.
