The 2023/24 Your Mortgage Awards’ ‘Best Buy to Let Mortgage Lender’ has been named.
It’s The Mortgage Works, and this is not the first time that it’s won in the Best Buy to Let Lender category. Indeed, it’s been successful no fewer than six times between 2010 and 2023/24.
The awards are judged by a panel of 2,000 mortgage intermediaries who are asked to base their decisions not only on the service that they receive as intermediaries, but more importantly the product proposition and quality of service that their clients receive as customers.
The Mortgage Works is a specialist lender and has supported landlords with buy to let mortgages for over 30 years. Today it focuses on offering a flexible approach to lending, with a range of mortgages designed for portfolio, first time, limited company and self-employed landlords, and for those handling HMOs.
