Leek Building Society has announced mortgage rate reductions across much of its product range, from today.

Key highlights include:

• Reductions of up to 10bps across selected products

• 95% LTV Residential rates now from 4.56%

• 95% LTV Shared Ownership rates reduced to 4.61%

• Limited Company Buy to Let (75% LTV) rates now from 4.80%

• Own New 95% LTV 2-year fixed with 5% incentive reduced to 2.46%

• Fee-free, fee-paying and cashback options available

Shared Ownership (95% LTV)
Leek Building Society has reduced rates by 5bps across its Shared Ownership range.

• 2-year fixed rates now from 4.61%

• 5-year fixed rates now from 4.63%

• Products available with up to £400 cashback

Limited Company Buy to Let (75% LTV)
Rate reductions apply across both 2-year and 5-year fixed products, with selected 5-year fixes reduced by up to 10bps.

• 2-year fixed rates now from 4.80%

• 5-year fixed rates now from 4.87%

• Fee-free and cashback options included within the range.

Standard Residential (95% LTV)
The Society has reduced rates by up to 10bps across its high LTV Residential products.

• 2-year fixed rates now from 4.79%

• 5-year fixed rates now from 4.56%, with fee options available.

Own New (95% LTV)
Leek Building Society has also made further reductions to its Own New range, with reductions of up to 11bps.

• 2-year fixed with 5% incentive now 2.46%

• 5-year fixed with 5% incentive now 3.65%
