This week saw the successful launch of Claims Financial’s financial complaints broker division whereby brokers will now be able to help their past and future clients in claims for financial refunds and receive a generous commission share for their efforts.

Claims Financial is a market leader in the £30 billion financial compensation market having made it’s name in the infamous unfair bank charge cases and since then has become a consumer voice in unfair credit card charges, missed-mortgage and loan charge payments, mortgage exit administration fees and mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance.

Bradley Askew, Managing Directors of Claims Financial states “We have had brokers approaching us for sometime with a view to referring their clients to us, and the time came to get our message out properly.  The uptake has been beyond our highest expectations, on the first day we had 110 brokers sign up and this looks set to continue”, and “working with brokers is an obvious development for us because they work closely with consumers, and for the most part are already professional introducers.  Our services are an easy add on for brokers as the target market for our services is virtually everybody meaning they can refer high volumes of cases whilst going about their normal business”.

The last few weeks have seen the financial crisis unravel to disturbing levels and many brokers have expressed the view that this new programme has been launched at the right time because  many brokers are looking for additional revenue streams to help them ride out the credit crunch.

Claims Financial have been praised for making their services accessible and simple.  They do not charge any registration fee, they accept all claims without ‘cherry picking’, and pay commission on every case they take on which can amount to £70 per case.  Brad Askew further stated, “this is a ‘no brainer’ because we know that every person who has re-mortgaged has a claim, and that half the people who bought PPI have a claim.  Its like fishing at a trout farm because everyone we speak to seems to have several claims”
