Expanding Perspective beefs up its board

Perspective Financial Group, the Cheshire-based IFA group, has boosted its main board with the appointment of Peter Craddock as group operations director.

Craddock spent 11 years at Skipton Building Society in a variety of senior positions, most recently as director of its financial services arm. He joins Perspective on June 1, with responsibility to grow all the group’s businesses.


Since inception in 2008, Perspective has purchased 20 businesses across the UK. It expects to announce a number of further acquisitions shortly. The Group’s annualised turnover is now in excess of £17m.

Damian Keeling, Perspective’s managing director, said: “Peter’s appointment reflects the fact that Perspective is now a substantial financial services group and not just a consolidator of IFA firms. 

“Our expectations for the future are that we will be focusing on helping our existing firms develop as much as we are still actively looking to acquire strong and successful IFA businesses. 

“We have added extensively in terms of personnel both at a head office and regional level and this will continue as we improve and expand our proposition and offering to both existing and new IFA firms.”
