And is a five-year fix charging 3.59% to 60% LTV or 4.59% to 90% LTV.
All four deals have £500 cashback.
The banks also offer four standard fee mortgages.
A two-year residential fixed rate charging either 2.19% to 60% LTV or 3.89% to 90% LTV.
And a five-year fix charging 3.39% to 70% LTV or 4.29% to 90% LTV.
All four of these deals have a £999 arrangement fee.
