Lloyds Bank has cut its mortgage rates further and offered its Switcher Service to remortgage customers.
Remortgage customers who switch to Lloyds Bank can benefit from new lower rates and continue to take advantage of Lloyds' dedicated switching service.
The Lloyds Bank Switcher Service offers customers a dedicated mortgage adviser and no charge for the valuation and basic legal fees, in a bid to take the cost and hassle out of remortgaging.
New rates available now:
2 year fixed rate remortgage at 60% LTV reduced to 1.29% with £1,995 fee for Club Lloyds customers. Previous rate 1.44%.
2 year fixed rate remortgage at 60% LTV reduced to 1.49% with £995 fee for Club Lloyds customers. Previous rate 1.64%
2 year fixed rate remortgage at 60% LTV reduced to 1.89% with £0 fee for Club Lloyds customers. Previous rate 2.04%.
Lloyds has also cut its two-year fixed mortgage rates at 75-85% LTV by up to 0.25%.

Lloyds Bank is also rewarding customer loyalty by offering exclusive access to rates on a range of products, including mortgages. Any customer with a Club Lloyds current account can receive a mortgage rate reduction of 0.20%.
