Coventry for intermediaries has launched a range of competitive 10-year fixed-rate mortgages charging from 2.99%.
These including a 10-year fixed offset mortgage, which Coventry claims is the only product of its type on the market today.
The offset deal is a 10-fixed-rate mortgage charging 3.19% until 30 June 2026, available to 65% LTV. Early repayment charges are payable throughout and there is a £999 arrangement fee.
It is also launching a 10-year fixed-rate mortgage charging 2.99% to 65% LTV, with the same terms and conditions.
Distribution director Darin Landon said: “We’re delighted to launch our new 10-year fixed mortgages, including the only 10-year fixed offset product on the market, which offers the security of a competitive rate and the benefits of an offset product.
"With all of our products being booking fee free and including a valuation of up to £670 for residential mortgages, we’re confident that this product will be a welcome addition to our portfolio”.
