Pure Retirement launches new mobile app for advisers

Pure Retirement has announced the launch of its new adviser-facing mobile app.

Believed to be the first of its kind in the British equity release sector, the app provides advisers with instant access to case summaries and historical case data stretching back up to 12 months.

The app is an easy-to-use platform, offering a clear indication of the next stages of application and what input is needed from the adviser or client.

Advisers can quickly call up client details and contact them directly from the app, as well as access Pure’s marketing toolkit and all the latest news updates.

Available for Android – with plans for an Apple iOS version to follow - the app comes as part of Pure’s dedicated approach to technical development.

Paul Carter, chief executive officer of Pure Retirement, explained that the company is focused towards “evolving technologies in line with the moving market, easing the process for both advisers and their customers to find the solution that best meets their needs.”

The new app follows Pure’s enhanced online application process and recent refinements to case tracking facilities, which provides an at-a-glance overview of all cases, with nine stages of detail. It also includes a new improved search function and shows estimated and actual property values, loan amounts and commission.

Pure’s online application process, meanwhile, saves content every step of the way and removes the need for customer signatures, with submission reviewed by underwriters.

Simon Hayton, head of change at Pure Retirement, added: “We’re constantly adapting our online services to meet the needs of our registered advisers.”

“Quality of service is our number one priority, made possible with our ever-evolving technology and, most important, made meaningful by our people, providing dedicated support for advisers and customers alike.”
