The right direction: Advise Wise integrates street view into platform

Advise Wise has incorporated Google Street View and Google Maps into its platform, allowing advisers to run quick checks on their client’s property.

The new feature aims to help brokers advise remotely – a popular necessity during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Advise Wise users can rely on Google Street View and Google Maps to quickly run preliminary checks on the property remotely, while they are sourcing later life lending products.

It is available on the Advise Wise Platform, on the client’s case page, where advisers can see a ‘view on map’ button next to the client’s property address.

By doing so, advisers can spot any potential issues that they can discuss with the client, to make sure they get a full understanding of the case in order to find the best product for the customer’s needs and property criteria.

In just one click, brokers can view the client’s building on a map, directly from the sourcing platform, enabling them to check the property’s proximity to commercial buildings, inspect the property's construction type, roof and inclusion of solar panels.
