LendInvest launches products to Legal and General Mortgage Club

Legal and General Mortgage Club members will now be able to access LendInvest's new Residential Mortgages range, as well as its Buy to Let and HMO mortgage products.

Legal & General Mortgage Club is the largest and longest-running mortgage club in the UK and is involved in around 30 per cent of all intermediated mortgages, and one in four of all UK mortgage transactions. 

The Residential Mortgage product is designed to serve borrowers with multiple sources of income, the self-employed and small-business owners, with a bespoke product set to support Key Workers. 

LendInvest’s proprietary technology platform, which makes even the most complex of cases simpler and faster, improves the overall mortgage experience for homeowners.

This partnership supports the business’s ambition to ramp up the distribution of its Residential Mortgages product on a national level.
