Builders' lender Regentsmead partners with structural warranty firm

The UK’s second largest structural warranty provider behind the NHBC has announced it has partnered with Regentsmead, a London-based lender to developers.

Premier Guarantee will be working alongside Regentsmead in order to open up a wider range of funding opportunities for the lender’s clients.

The tie-up will allow Regentsmead’s customers to benefit not only from Premier’s 14 years of experience in providing structural warranty solutions, but also from its building services which include building control, SAP calculations, renewable energy reports and air pressure testing.

“We have also established ourselves as a leading provider of a range of building services which are designed to work in synergy with each other, providing our customers with a cost-effective, streamlined service on their developments.”

Regentsmead has over 75 years of experience in the property sector, acting as a principle lender specialising in providing finance on residential developments. It offers loans between £100,000 and £1m and also deals with larger loans on an individual basis.

It was voted Best Development Lender of the Year by the industry in 2010 and has been nominated for the 2011 award.
