New appointment at Exact

Exact has appointed industry veteran Philip Horsfield as director of legal and compliance. He will be responsible for overseeing the legal, compliance, internal audit and operational risk functions at Exact and Precise Mortgages.
 
A qualified solicitor, he joins the team having worked with the Morgan Stanley Group where he was director of legal and compliance at Advantage. Previously, he spent 15 years at Derbyshire Building Society.

He said: “This is a very exciting time to be joining Exact with the launch of its new mortgage lender, Precise Mortgages. The team have achieved great success during a difficult time and have ambitious plans for the future.”
