Hinckley & Rugby Building Society has cut the interest rates on three mortgages to as low as 2.15%.
The Society has cut the rate on its two-year discount mortgage to 75% LTV from 2.35% to 2.15%.
It has also cut the rate on its two-year discount mortgage to 80% LTV from 2.45% to 2.24%.
And it has cut its two-year fixed rate mortgage to 80% LTV from 2.59% to 2.29%. That is a drop of 0.3%.
Overall cost for comparison on all three mortgages is 5.0% APR.
Other terms and conditions remain unchanged. All three products carry £295 arrangement fees and £695 completion fees.
There is a free valuation and no early repayment charges.
Brokers – including directly authorised and appointed representatives – can access the Society’s underwriting decision makers to discuss individual circumstances.
Hinckley & Rugby chief executive Chris White said: “The interest rate on these three key mortgages for buyers and remortgagers have been cut to make them even more attactive.”
