Coventry Intermediaries has launched a range of fee free mortgage options and cut rates by up to 0.24%
The fee free deals are available on two and five-year residential fixed rates across a range of LTVs.
Two-year fixed rates:
2.05% fixed rate until 30.06.17 to 65% LTV. ERCs payable to 30.06.17 and no arrangement fee.
2.29% (reduced from 2.49%) fixed rate until 30.06.17 to 85% LTV. ERCs payable to 30.06.17 and £999 arrangement fee.
2.75% (reduced from 2.99%) fixed rate until 30.06.17 to 85% LTV. ERCs payable to 30.06.17 and no arrangement fee.
Five-year fixed rates:
3.05% fixed rate until 30.06.20 to 75% LTV. ERCs payable to 30.06.20 and no arrangement fee.
