New Mortgage Platform aims to grab share of growing investor market

Two organisations have joined forces to create a new platform dedicated to providing holiday let mortgages.

Holiday Cottage Handbook Financial Services claims it will offer access to a comprehensive range of holiday let mortgage products, in addition to providing all types of life insurance, will writing, and other services.

Its partner - HD Consultants - describes itself as an award-winning, multi-adviser firm operating across several markets, including holiday lets, residential mortgages, buy to let, commercial finance, bridging finance, equity release, life insurance, wills, and estate planning.

HCH Financial Services aims to cater for the buoyant holiday let sector in the UK – which has experienced rapid growth in recent years.
