One-stop conveyancing shop launches

An online one-stop conveyancing shop has been launched.
 
ETSOS, a web-based system, has been designed specifically to save time and money for conveyancing solicitors.

Prior to ETSOS, conveyancing solicitors would either have to pay premium rates or would have to go to many different suppliers individually to get all the searches and reports they needed. 

ETSOS provides a one-stop shop for products such as official local authority searches, Land Registry documents and searches, environmental reports, mining searches, planning reports, utility searches, EPCs and much more, all on one website.
 
Philip Natusch, managing director, pictured, said: “Having researched the market, I could see a clear gap for an online service which was really simple to use. People are put off web-based solutions if they are complicated and difficult.”

    I have been using this system for 6 months. Easy to use and the account managers are great, nothing is too much trouble for them. Good luck.
