Secured loan specialist Promise is expanding its contact centre by recruiting 60 staff following a boom in business.

Recent collaborations with a raft of key corporate partners have resulted in an unprecedented number of inquiries to the Promise Solutions Centre.

The Promise Solutions Centre offers a menu of contact centre services to its partners, ranging from outbound tele-sales to increase contact rate, to a more sophisticated outsourcing service.

Steve Walker, Managing Director of the Promise group of companies said:  “We are very much committed to a market beating range of solutions, aimed at supporting the business needs of intermediaries, networks, associated IT companies and lenders. 

“We are passionate about quality and service and, as such, have tended to build our own propositions in house, rather than outsource.  In this way we can keep on top of the service proposition and flex to ensure we meet our customers’ needs.”

These will be unveiled at the Mortgage Expo in November and made available to selected partners in the interim.
