Loman O’Neill of The Commercial Mortgage Desk and Howard Bowes of Harvey Bowes have been presented with the Bridgebank Capital Broker of the Month and Deal of the Month Awards for October 2013.
Once again there was significant competition for the titles of Broker of the Month and Deal of the Month, however the selection process carried out by all members of the Bridgebank Capital team identified Loman and Howard above all others. These selections have been made in recognition of the two brokers’ commitment to providing detailed application information and ensuring that a high level of communication was maintained with the Bridgebank Capital team throughout the loan process.
On presentation of the Broker of the Month Award, Loman commented:
“Commercial Mortgage Desk always look to work with bridging lenders who can deal with all types of cases, quickly. Speed is important but perseverance is vital to see a deal through to completion. The team at Bridgebank Capital have the expertise to get a case to completion within the times scales allowed.
The recent addition of Adam Powell as the new Regional Development Manager has made a good team into a great team”.
Regarding receiving the Deal of the Month Award, Howard commented:
“I am delighted to receive this award as recognition of the hard work the team at Harvey Bowes put into getting the right lender and packaging our applications to a high standard. I’d also like to thank Bridgebank Capital for the continued support to the intermediary sector and for a flexible approach which brings great finance solutions to a wide variety of proposals.”
Loman and Howard have both been presented with an award and Voucher Express shopping vouchers to the value of £500.
