Legal Marketing Services (LMS) has launched a new online conveyancing portal aimed at easing the pressure on busy brokers by speeding up the conveyancing process.
LMS, which pays referral fees of up to £300 per case, has evaluated its processes to ensure that they are as effective and streamlined as possible.
The new portal, LMS Select, offers a number of benefits and features specifically aimed at brokers.
These include the ability to save, retrieve, print and email quotes, to adjust the referral fee on a case-by-case basis, and to track key steps and view case notes.
LMS Select is also supported by referral fees of up to £300 per case and pricing from £99.
Its independent customer services team can assist brokers from the original quote and instruction right through to completion.
LMS chief executive Andy Knee said: "Now is an exciting time, as the economy starts its slow return from recession. We have seen our business volumes increase by 50% compared to last year and they are continuing to rise.
"The speed and flexibility of our new portal will allow brokers to be more efficient in processing this ever increasing volume of cases."
