Fluent Money expands floor space to support business growth

Fluent Money is taking another 1,400 sq ft in its head office building in Horwich, near Bolton.

This follows a combination of growing business and increasing staff levels, with Fluent Money’s head count growing to 276 from 100 in 2017.

The company – which offers a full specialist first charge and equity release advice facility in addition to its second charge business service through Fluent for Advisers – is planning further expansion in 2019.

Currently, all team members work from the head office building, based on the site of the old locomotive building works at Horwich.

According to Jeff Davidson, head of intermediaries at Fluent for Advisers, the extra room was vital to accommodate the growth of the business.

He said: “We are extremely lucky to be housed in a building with expansion potential. If it was not the case, we would probably have had to move every year to accommodate the growth of the business.”

Fluent Money says it has had a positive reaction from business partners about its expansion into the specialist first charge and equity release sectors last year and business volumes have grown sharply.

Davidson concluded: “By applying the same service standards that have always applied to our second charge business, Fluent for Advisers is offering a broad-based help and advice service on which our introducers know they can rely.”
