Santander for Intermediaries is cutting selected two-year fixed rates at 75% and 80% LTV from today.
The rate reductions will apply both to its Existing Mover and Current Account exclusives. It is also reducing the rate on its Homebuyer Plus two-year fixed rate product at 75% LTV.
The new rates are as follows:
Two-year fixed rate at 2.34% at 75% LTV with £995 fee.
Two-year fixed rate at 3.14% at 80% LTV with NO fee.
Existing Mover two-year fixed rate at 2.29% at 75% LTV with £995 fee
Exclusive for Current Account customers: two-year fixed rate at 2.24% at 75% LTV with £995 fee.
Two-year fixed rate Homebuyer Plus at 2.34% at 75% LTV with £995 fee – available via Santander for Intermediaries only
